Mark Gervais's life and ministry are driven by a desire to see God glorified in the church of Jesus Christ. He was graciously converted to faith by the Holy Spirit as a college student, and has striven to bring glory to God through various ministry activities ever since.

Mark is the Teaching Elder (Pastor) of Grace Fellowship Baptist Church of Robertsdale, Alabama. A native of Minneapolis, Minnesota, he was called to faith in Christ through the Navigators ministry on the campus of the University of Minnesota in 1980. He then worked as a software engineer in Birmingham, Alabama for 20 years, serving as the teaching leader of a men's Bible Study Fellowship class, before being called to reformed theology and full-time pastoral ministry under the preaching of James Montgomery Boice. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies degree from Bethel University in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and has served 20 years as pastor for churches in Mississippi, Kansas, and Alabama. Mark and his wife, Deb, have been married 40 years, and they have two children and two grandchildren. When he is not preaching and teaching, Mark enjoys tinkering with computers, website development, Alabama football, and his grandkids!
